Knox County Community Foundation Announces Special Support For Knox County Food Pantries

(Vincennes, Indiana)  The Knox County Community Foundation is offering grants to support local food pantries serving Knox County during the 2020 holiday season. In order to be eligible, an organization must have a valid 501(c)3 nonprofit status, be located in Knox County, and offer a food pantry program to Knox County residents. Eligible organizations must complete a brief grant application through the Foundation’s website to be considered.

Applications will be accepted November 4 through November 18, 2020. Late applications may not be considered.

Organizations can view details related to funding requirements and access the grant application via the Foundation’s website at www.CommunityFoundationAlliance.org/Knox/grants. All organizations submitting grant proposals will be notified in December.

Organizations may request up to $500. A total of $5,000 has been allocated to this special grants program. Final award amounts may vary based on the number of applications received.
