Administrative Assistant Position Description

This position will serve both the Knox and Daviess County Community Foundations, partner county foundations of the 9 county regional Community Foundation Alliance (Alliance). Working under the direction of the Regional Director, this 20-hour/week position assists with the asset development, communications, and programming functions of both the Knox and Daviess County Community Foundations. The Administrative Assistant will work with staff, the local Advisory Boards and committees, volunteers, donors and fund founders, charitable agencies, and the public. Regular travel between counties is required; reliable personal transportation needed. A minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
