(Vanderburgh County, Indiana) The Men’s Fund of Vanderburgh County’s annual meeting will take place on Thursday, October 29 at 5:30pm, at the Evansville County Club. Donors to the Men’s Fund will be selecting the 2020 recipient for their Community Impact Grant at the meeting.
Over the past four years, the Men’s Fund has awarded impact grants totaling more than $117,000 for charitable programs and projects serving Vanderburgh County. This is the fifth year this generous group of almost 80 donors has presented these grant awards.
The 2020 Impact Grant finalists and their proposals are:
- Borrowed Hearts Foundation for the Little Hearts Clubhouse Daycare Ministry;
- Boys & Girls Club of Evansville for the Boys & Girls Club Bus; and
- Dream Center Evansville for the Jacobsville Kids Zone.
The Men’s Fund of Vanderburgh County is designed to create enjoyable social events and networking opportunities, all while improving the community. The Men’s Fund’s motto is “Men Who Get Things Done,” focusing on supporting charitable causes that address projects and programs important to donor members. New members are welcome and encouraged to participate.
