Fund Portal

The Fund Portal provides our valued fundholders, representatives, and advisors a way to view your current fund balance, fund activity reports, and donation tax receipts online, at any time! In addition, Donor-Advised fundholders can submit grant recommendations directly through the Fund Portal.

Fundholders, representatives, and advisors can gain access to the Fund Portal with an active email address. Contact your Regional Director of Development today for access. After initial setup, click on the >FUNDHOLDER LOGIN button at the top of this page to reaccess the Fund Portal at any time.

Troubleshooting

  • I didn’t get an activation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Community Foundation Alliance <no-reply@fcsuite.com>; it often goes there. If you still have not received it, contact your Regional Director of Development and a new link can be sent directly to you. Remember that activation emails can only be sent to a unique email on file with us. To be sure the Fund Portal follows our access policies for fund information, some fundholders, representatives, and advisors may need to be assigned logins that are not their email addresses. If so, your activation email may not arrive for the next few weeks.

  • The URL from the first email I received to login to the Fund Portal doesn’t work anymore. What should I do?

The custom URL from the auto-generated email can only be used to establish your password. To get to the login page after this, you can use the Login to Your Fund button above and then bookmark the login page.

  • Forgot your username or password?

Your username is probably your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your username and click the Reset Password button. If an account with the provided username is found, instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email address for that account. If you’re still having trouble, please contact your Regional Director of Development and they will be happy to assist you.

Ways to Grow Your Fund

Anyone can create an endowment fund! Increase giving to your fund with these simple strategies:

  • Instead of gifts, ask loved ones to contribute to your endowment fund on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or special holidays.

  • Share your fund's Donate link on social media and invite friends to donate online. Simply click on the DONATE TODAY button, click Donate by your specific fund, then share the URL link from the web browser.

  • Deposit “extra money” like expense checks or tax refunds, and watch your endowment fund grow. Every dollar makes a difference.

  • Include a regular contribution to your fund in your monthly or annual budget through direct automated payment.
  • Inquire if your employer has a matching program for charitable giving. This could double your contributions to your endowment fund.

  • Organize a private fundraiser and deposit the net proceeds into your fund. *Note: contributions to a fundraiser hosted by an individual are not tax-deductible. Only donations sent directly to the Community Foundation are tax-deductible.

  • Name the Community Foundation in your bequest by will, trust or beneficiary of any life insurance policies, with proceeds directed to your endowment fund.

  • Direct your annual IRA minimum distribution to your fund.
