Annual scholarship created by the family and friends of Jeb Nicholas Gourley. Although this world was only blessed with Jeb for three short years, he demonstrated to all who knew him how to truly ”celebrate life.” Never was there a more spunky, mischievous, and sweet natured boy. This scholarship was established in his honor to help others in their pursuit to ”celebrate life.”
