Gray Farms Presidents Scholarship
This annual scholarship was established by the heirs and friends of the Gray Family to honor the legacy of past presidents of the family’s business interests. It is intended to support and encourage high school graduates from counties in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky where the Gray Family has historically operated.
Students can access this opportunity through our Community Scholarship Program Universal Application.
Navigating the Application Process
1. Read the Scholarship Program Guidebook
The 2025 Scholarship Program Guidebook has all the information you need to be successful when applying to one of our scholarships.
2. Create or Access Your Account
Use the Student Application Portal to create an account (use an email you’ll check often, even after graduation) or log in with your existing credentials.
3. Complete the Universal Application
Fill out the universal application. This acts as a filter to provide you with a list of scholarships you are eligible to apply for, including the Gray Farms Presidents Scholarship.
4. Explore Eligible Opportunities
Review eligibility requirements for the Gray Farms Presidents Scholarship. These are listed by location.
5. Prepare Your Materials
Gather transcripts, test scores, essays, letters of recommendation, FAFSA information, and other required documents based on the supplemental and selection criteria listed under each scholarship. Save documents as PDFs for upload.
6. Apply
Complete all required sections and upload all required documents.
7. Review & Submit
Proofread your application, and ask a friend to take a look! Submit it by the posted deadline.
8. Selection & Notification
The scholarship committee reviews applications. Recipients are notified by email and must submit acceptance forms.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduating high school seniors who attend a high school located in the following counties in Illinois, Indiana, or Kentucky who have a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA (4.0 unweighted scale) and are planning to attend an accredited college or university.
